At IPnett we are increasing our focus on delivering more services to the market and we are looking for a new leader to manage our Operation Center. The job includes close cooperation with the people responsible for service development and sales. The position reports to the IPnett Group CEO and is a permanent member of the IPnett Group management team.

Tasks and responsibility

The responsibility in this position is to run the IPnett Operation Center. This includes responsibility for our Nordic Service Desk, Data Center and Operation Center. The responsibility also includes operation of IPnett’s own infrastructure and applications. This position will be strongly involved in new Services development.

Service Desk responsibility

– Customer support
– Case registration and follow up of all technical tasks reported to IPnett
– 1st level troubleshooting and change management
– Customer case reporting
– Customer satisfaction survey and measurement

Data Center/Operation Center responsibility

– Daily operation, monitoring and developing IPnett’s core infrastructure.
– Daily operation and monitoring of our customer solutions either in our Data Center or on customer premises.
– Daily operation and monitoring of our Cloud Services (Video as a Service, UC as a Service and CC as a Service)
– Change Management
– Customer operation reporting

IPnett Operation Center has today personnel located in Stockholm and Lysaker.

Qualifications

  • Education on an Bachelor or Master level and for one or more of our business areas (networking/security/unified communication/storage)
  • 5-10 years relevant experience from our industry and with the same type of responsibility and tasks
  • Experience using ITIL and/or ISO for processes and routines
  • Speaks and write Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and English.
